For new clients, I require a one-time Planning Fee to start the planning process. This fee covers my time spent researching destination options and creating a customized proposal for you. I pride myself on providing the best service, resort, air, and destination recommendations
Step 1: Tell me all about your dream vacation!
Once you pay the planning fee, you can choose to either fill out a trip survey online or schedule a phone consultation. This allows me to get to know you and what your ideal vacation looks like. Youβll let me know your estimated trip dates, destinations youβre interested in, what activities you like to do, etc.Step 2: Customized Proposal
Iβll provide a custom proposal with 3-5 resort or cruise options based on your needs.Step 3: Reserve Your Vacation
Iβll book your resort or cruise and provide options for travel insurance, transportation, airfare, excursions, etc. Your resort or cruise must be booked through Gluten-free Vacations, however, other components can be booked on your own if you choose.Step 4: All the details!
Approximately 1 month prior to your trip, a custom vacation package will be mailed to you with your custom itinerary, booking confirmations, gluten-free translation cards (if needed), vacation packing list, and more. Iβll also contact your resort or cruise line to make sure they are aware of your dietary restrictions.Step 5: Vacation Time
Itβs time to get ready for paradise! While youβre away, youβll have my contact info in case you have any issues or questions. -
I recommend a minimum of 6 months to plan your vacation. If you plan to travel during a major holiday, spring break, or are traveling with children, I recommend 9-12 months in advance.
Giving yourself more time will give you more resort and room options. Many of the family-friendly resorts I work with sell out months in advance.

Yes - I charge a one-time planning fee, which varies based on the destination. The planning fee covers my time, expertise, and personalized service that I provide as a travel advisor.
There are no additional fees after you pay the planning fee. My resort and cruise pricing typically matches or is better than what you would get direct.
My work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and create custom itineraries.
By investing in my services, you're gaining a dedicated travel professional who will go above and beyond to create a memorable vacation for you.

Your resort and cruise reservation must be booked through Gluten-free Vacations so that we can provide assistance and manage your trip.
